**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:For Electricians**:

- Install, test, and maintain **electrical systems and wiring** in prefab units.
- Connect **switches, sockets, lights, DBs, conduits, and panels**.
- Read and interpret **electrical layouts and wiring diagrams**.
- Troubleshoot **faulty circuits and electrical issues**.
- Ensure compliance with **UAE electrical codes and safety standards**.
- Support in **testing and commissioning** of prefab buildings.

**For Plumbers**:

- Install and maintain **PPR, PVC, and GI piping systems** for water and drainage.
- Fix **sanitary fittings, fixtures, and water heaters** in modular units.
- Read and follow **plumbing drawings and schematics**.
- Conduct **leak tests, repairs, and maintenance** as required.
- Ensure all installations meet **UAE plumbing and safety standards**.

**General Duties**:

- Work closely with other trades (carpenters, welders, HVAC, civil).
- Follow **HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)** policies at all times.
- Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in good condition.
- Support workshop and on-site installation activities as per project schedule.

**Requirements**:

- **2-5 years of experience** as an **Electrician or Plumber** in the UAE or GCC.
- Experience in **prefab or modular construction** preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret **technical drawings**.
- Strong knowledge of **UAE safety and installation standards**.
- **ITI or Diploma** in Electrical or Plumbing is an advantage.
- Physically fit and ready to work on-site or in workshops.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
