**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote brand awareness and increase engagement across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including written posts, images, videos, and graphics.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives and initiatives.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and influencers to execute collaborative social media campaigns and partnerships.
- Assist in the development and implementation of social media contests, giveaways, and other promotional activities to drive user participation and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and compelling content.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and practices is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
