**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a **Real Estate Agent for our Business Bay office**. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with Buying, Selling, and Renting Residential and Commercial Properties. They will also assist with off-plan and investment sales services. Day-to-day tasks may include communicating with clients and stakeholders, conducting property valuations and viewings, preparing and presenting property reports, analyzing real estate market trends, and negotiating contract terms.

**Qualifications**
- Consulting and Communication skills
- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Real Estate knowledge and experience
- Ability to analyze market trends and data accurately
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Fluent in English (oral and written). Multilingual skills are a plus
- 1-2 years' of Sales Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
