**Overview**:
As a Lebanese Cuisine Chef specializing in Shawarma at our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), you will be at the forefront of delivering authentic Lebanese flavors to our customers, with a particular emphasis on shawarma. Your expertise in Lebanese cuisine will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, taste, and consistency of our menu offerings. While shawarma is a key focus, your knowledge and skills in various Lebanese concepts will enrich our QSR experience, providing customers with a diverse and satisfying culinary experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and assemble Lebanese dishes, with a focus on shawarma, using traditional recipes and techniques adapted for a quick-service setting.
- Marinate, grill, and slice meat for shawarma, ensuring optimal flavor and texture while adhering to efficient preparation methods.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to streamline production and ensure timely preparation of shawarma and other Lebanese dishes to meet customer demand.
- Expand our menu offerings with a variety of Lebanese concepts, including falafel, hummus, tabbouleh, and kebabs, maintaining quality and consistency across all items.
- Monitor ingredient levels and kitchen inventory, notifying management when supplies need to be replenished to minimize downtime.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and food preparation areas, following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on Lebanese cooking techniques and QSR operational procedures, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to develop promotional offers and limited-time menu items, leveraging your knowledge of Lebanese cuisine to attract and retain customers.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, answering questions about menu items, ingredients, and dietary preferences.
- Uphold the restaurant's commitment to fast, friendly, and flavorful dining experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction with every visit.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Chef specializing in Lebanese cuisine, preferably in a QSR or fast-casual dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lebanese culinary traditions, ingredients, and preparation methods, with a focus on efficiency and consistency.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the restaurant.
- Physical stamina and agility to stand for extended periods, lift and carry heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
- Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary education or training is a plus.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
