**Duties**:
- Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow up calls or cold calls.
- Ability to convince clients with good knowledge of overall UAE, Real Estate Market.
- Assist and support a team of real estate agents in capturing new business.
- Calling to property owners to avail updated listings for sales and leasing.
- Analyze and investigate price, demand, and competition. Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
- Sourcing and collaborating with other agencies/property management companies to receive regular listings of properties and advertising them through our portals.
- Perform other duties as assigned requirements.
- Must be good in written and communication skills.
- Preparing real estate forms and documents (if needed).
- Maintain and manage client’s database with details of deals, contract, and payments
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
