**Project Manager - MEP**

**Job description / Role**:

- Lead, plan, and execute MEP projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, contractors, and clients.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and monitor their execution.
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and materials management.
- Ensure projects adhere to industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Manage project finances, including cost control and change order management.
- Implement and maintain effective project documentation and reporting.
- Communicate with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Foster a collaborative and safe work environment, emphasizing quality and teamwork.
- Lead project meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, and resolve project-related issues.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in GCC.
- Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager, with a track record of successfully completing MEP projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction principles, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality and budgetary goals.
- Familiarity with DEWA, DCD, DM codes and regulations.
- Valid UAE Driving License is a must.

**Experience**:

- GCC: 5 years (preferred)
