Customer Support Front Desk Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Administration**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Maintain records, logs, and office supplies inventory
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
**Customer Support**:
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Log customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments
- Book appointments with the client availability
- Maintain CRM or customer databases and update records
- Generate daily/weekly reports on support queries and resolutions
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service/front desk administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with CRM software would be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of office management systems
