**About the role**

Do you have a keen interest within the area of Finance? Are you ready to take the next step in your career and fine tune your financial acumen? As a successful Clerk, Fixed Assets, you will ensure the completeness and accuracy of all Fixed Asset recording and the physical verification thereof.

You will also ensure all requested CAPEX follow the required recording, evaluation and approval process prior to ordering and are properly bar-coded and recorded upon delivery, as well as ensure the physical verification of all fixed assets on a cyclical basis with assistance from other departments, compare with the fixed asset register, investigate discrepancies and report accordingly to the Director of Finance and Senior Manager of Finance.

**About you**

You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to think creatively and interact at all levels of the organization, and have experience working in Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
