**Retail Sales Representative Responsibilities**
- 1. Greet, engage and responsible for providing our customers with exceptional service by
- meeting their individual needs and expectations as well as creating a branded, luxury client
- experience on a friendly and professional manner.
- 2. Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and provide recommendations
- based on their needs.
- 3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including product displays and shelves.
- 4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- 5. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- 6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
- 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and current sales trends.
- 8. Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive work
- environment.
- 9. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing merchandise as
- needed.
- 10. Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales
- techniques.
**Retail Sales Representative Required Skills**

**Required Qualifications**
- 1. High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2. Effective communication skills, fluent in English, ability to speak Arabic is a plus
- 3. In-depth knowledge of beauty products, with hands-on beauty and personal care service
- experience is a plus
- 4. Proven experience in a retail or sales-related role is preferred.
- 5. Familiarity with products in the retail industry is a plus.
- 6. Proficiency in using cash registers and handling cash transactions.
- 7. Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- 8. Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- 9. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- 10. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
- 11. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- 12. Must be legally eligible to work in [Country/Region].
