**Position Overview**:
The CAD Draughtsman at Fables Interiors will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings, blueprints, and documentation to support the design and execution of interior projects. This role requires a high level of technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with designers and project teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with project specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drafting and Technical Documentation**:

- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations, based on design requirements.
- Create accurate technical documentation for manufacturing, installation, and construction purposes.
- Revise and update drawings as required by project managers or designers.
- **Design Collaboration**:

- Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements.
- Translate conceptual designs into technical drawings while ensuring all details are accurately represented.
- Ensure the designs meet client specifications and industry standards.
- **Material and Product Detailing**:

- Provide precise joinery, material, and furniture detailing for projects.
- Specify measurements, materials, and finishes to align with project designs.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Verify the accuracy of drawings and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Identify and rectify any discrepancies in drawings or designs.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Coordinate with site teams to clarify technical details and address on-site queries.
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings to meet project schedules.
- **Documentation Management**:

- Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and project-related documentation.
- Provide regular updates on drawing status to project teams.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, CAD Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum **3 years** of experience as a CAD Draughtsman in the interior design or construction industry.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Expertise in **AutoCAD** and familiarity with 3D modeling software like **SketchUp** or **Revit**.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and interior detailing.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
