We are seeking a talented Boat Captain who will be responsible for the safe operation and navigation of boats for transportation, tours, excursions, or other related services. This role requires leadership, excellent navigation skills, and a comprehensive understanding of maritime safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure all safety equipment is on board and properly maintained (e.g., life jackets, fire extinguishers, distress signals).
- Maintain awareness of weather and sea conditions, taking appropriate actions to ensure safe travel.

2. **Navigation and Route Planning**:

- Plan and chart courses, taking into account tides, weather conditions, and navigational hazards.

**Customer Service (for tours or passenger services)**:

- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with passengers and ensuring a positive experience.
- Answer questions, offer information about the area, and provide commentary during tours or excursions.
- Address any passenger concerns or issues with professionalism and care.

Qualifications:

- Proven 5+ year experience as Boat Captain / Driver in Dubai with License.
- Proven experience in operating various types of boats.
