Oversees the implementation of the curing method and sees to it that it is in accordance with project specifications.
- Conducts quality control inspection of the precast units before, during and after casting operation taking into accounts.
- Mold dimensions and assembly.
- Steel cage assembly.
- Types, sizes and location of cast-in provisions, cutouts, openings and recesses.
- Surface finish treatment.
- Dimensional properties of cast units including cutouts and opening provisions.
- Marking and coding of the elements.
- Oversees demolding and stripping of cast elements ensuring that the required lifting strength is met.
- Prepares and maintains QC reports and records for the approval of the QC Engineer.
- Inspects all precast units for delivery.
- Comply with HSE requirements communicated in HSE induction.
- Attend Group Safety Meeting, Toolbox meetings and be familiar with the HSE requirements to follow while performing any activities.
- Report unsafe acts and conditions to HSE dept. using Intelex or booklets provided to you.
- Do not carry out any task if you are not trained or authorized to do.
- Ensure your competent and skill-based certificates are valid and communicate with supervisor if getting expired.

**Educational Qualifications & Certifications**:

- Minimum Secondary level of education or diploma or Equivalent certification in Civil field with experience.
- Function specific experience
- 3 Years as QC Inspector for Concrete Elements
- Industry related experience
- 3 Years Precast Industry Experience

**Verbal communication/ Language skills**
- Required: English
- Any other language is an asset
- Written communication skills

**IT skills**
- Microsoft Office
