**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Service: Greet customers, assist them with product selection, and provide product information to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Sales: Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Merchandising: Assist with the display and organization of products, ensuring the store is visually appealing and well-stocked.
- Inventory Management: Help with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and safe for customers and staff. Follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and provide a cohesive customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
