- Experience: Previous background in Gents Readymade Garments (formal wear, casuals, or ethnic) is highly preferred.
- Language: Fluency in Hindi and English is essential to communicate effectively with our diverse clientele.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Computer Knowledge (POS systems, inventory software, and basic MS Office).
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Engagement
- Actively greet customers and provide expert advice on men’s fashion trends, fits, and styling.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to upsell and cross-sell accessories (belts, ties, socks) with garment purchases.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 2. Visual Merchandising & Floor Management
- Ensure the shop floor is impeccably organized and that all garments are steamed, folded, or hung according to brand standards.
- Assist in setting up window displays and promotional signage to attract foot traffic.
- Monitor stock levels on the floor and replenish items from the warehouse as needed. 3. Operational Excellence
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and card payments securely.
- Manage customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with a professional and "solution-first" attitude.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock-taking audits to minimize shrinkage. 4. Product Knowledge & Styling
- Stay updated on fabric types, garment care instructions, and seasonal collections to answer technical customer queries.
- Provide accurate measurements for alterations and coordinate with tailors for timely deliveries. Pay: AED2,500.00
