**Key Responsibilities**:
- Obtain property listings through client prospecting, referrals, and networking
- Conduct property evaluations and provide accurate pricing strategies
- Advise clients on home staging and improvements to enhance market value
- Coordinate professional photography, videography, and virtual tours
- Create compelling listings on MLS, company website, and other platforms
- Communicate with buyers’ agents and potential buyers to negotiate offers
- Prepare listing and sales contracts, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately
- Track leads, maintain CRM records, and follow up with clients regularly
- Stay up-to-date with real estate trends, market conditions, and regulations
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably in listing-focused roles
