**Job Description** We are** currently looking for **Business Analyst** **for**our** UAE**operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.

**Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies Required for this role**:

- Deep understanding of Banking Domain and ability to transpose the business requirement to system requirement
- Proficient in drawing Story boards/create wireframes, write Epics and User Stories
- Knowledge and proven experience in Agile Techniques and Agile Development
- Ability to understand the Business Impacts across various backend systems
- Ability to work with people at all levels in the organization
- Shows judgment / self-confidence and ability to work under tight schedule
- Shows determination and ability to find solutions / develop effective courses of action
- Has effective communication skills and able to provide solutions/workaround to solve business problems

**Previous experience required (if any)**
- Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent year of professional experience
- 5-7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst working with dedicated agile teams using scrum or Kanban.
- Strong Banking Domain Knowledge
- Proven experience in gathering requirements using Agile Methodology
- Strong understanding and experience with software and product development especially in digital solutions.
- Professional Certification in Scrum methodologies - Preferable
