**About the job**:
**Job responsibilities**:
**Supply Chain Strategy Development**
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Vendor Management**
- Identify and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

**Inventory Management**
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient supply while minimizing excess stock.
- Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock turnover.

**Logistics Coordination**
- Oversee transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage logistics operations, including warehousing, shipping, and receiving.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on supply chain performance for management

**Compliance and Risk Management**
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
- Sustainability Initiatives.
- Implement sustainable practices within the supply chain to reduce environmental impact.
- Evaluate suppliers based on sustainability criteria.

**Preferred Skills**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Understanding of logistics and inventory management principles.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
- Relevant experience in supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role
- Fluency in Arabic and English. French is a plus
