Ø Monitor and maintain the financial health of the organization by analyzing financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.

**Performance Analysis**:
Ø Conduct detailed analysis of costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and performance against business plans.
Ø Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks to inform strategic decision-making.
**Financial Planning**:
Ø Develop long-term financial plans and projections based on analysis of current and future market trends.
Ø Manage the preparation of the company’s annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
**Cost Management**:
Ø Review and evaluate existing financial processes and procedures to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Ø Implement cost-control measures and monitor their effectiveness.
**Departmental Oversight**:
Ø Lead and manage the finance department, including setting goals and objectives, allocating resources, and providing guidance and support to team members.
Ø Design and implement frameworks for achieving departmental goals and objectives.
**Auditor Liaison**:
Ø Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and regulatory agencies.
Ø Coordinate and facilitate audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
**Interdepartmental Coordination**:
Ø Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals and objectives with overall company strategy.
Ø Communicate financial plans, forecasts, and performance metrics to relevant stakeholders and solicit feedback for continuous improvement.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
