**Manager - Information & Way Finding**

The strategy group maps out where we’re going, what that means, and what it looks like. Our Research team analyses the industry so that we’re never playing catch-up. Design translates strategies into award winning products and experiences. In Program Management, it’s more about the delivery of our strategies into realised benefits. And our Corporate Planning team creates strategy so that we’re agile enough to respond in a fast-evolving industry

**What you’ll deliver**
- You’ll lead the development of wayfinding concepts and visuals aligned with strategic design committee principles - by creating simple, intuitive designs to support clear communication of directions, processes, and key information.
- You’ll develop and present creative briefs and proposals for short and long-term wayfinding initiatives and design user-centric orientation, circulation, and signage strategies across airport public spaces.
- You’ll monitor project timelines, deliverables, and costs to stay aligned with strategic goals and conduct site visits to oversee implementation ensuring quality and consistency.
- You’ll collaborate with technical teams to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual formats and support operational needs by creating on-demand signage that meets design guidelines. You’ll be responsible to champion inclusivity and accessible design practices throughout all touchpoints and work closely with other design principles to ensure cohesive delivery across all material.

**What you bring**
- You’ll be educated to bachelor’s degree level in a discipline related to information, graphic, industrial design or related. You’ll have an excellent portfolio exhibiting a thorough understanding of the end-end design process as well as user-centered design methodologies.
- You’ll have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in developing signage artwork and creative visuals
- You’ll have extensive Adobe Creative Suite and other related design software experience
