- Perform professional hair services including:

- Advanced color techniques such as **balayage, highlights, lowlights, ombré**:

- Precision **haircuts** and **styling** in line with current trends
- Blow-dry and finishing styles (volume, sleek, curls, etc.)
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, recommend services and products tailored to their needs.
- Stay updated on the **latest hair trends**, tools, and techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of all tools and salon stations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and professionalism.
- Upsell salon services and retail haircare products.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a professional hairdresser/hair stylist.
- Expertise in hair coloring techniques, especially **balayage and highlighting**.
- Solid knowledge of hair structure and how different products/chemicals interact with various hair types.
- Ability to cut and style **on-trend haircuts**.
- Skilled in **blow-drying** and finishing techniques.
- Passion for beauty, creativity, and keeping up with **new industry trends**.
- Friendly, professional, and client-focused attitude.
