Kids HQ is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee operations across all its UAE branches.

Position: Food and Beverage Manager
Location: All UAE branches (Sharjah, Ras al Khaima & Dubai)
Experience: 4 - 5 years
Job duties:

- Responsible for overseeing all operations of the Food & Beverage, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and profitability.
- Managing staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, achieving financial goals, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets for the F&B department.
- Control costs, including labor, food, and operational expenses, while maximizing revenue.
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase profitability.
- Develop menus in collaboration with chefs and cafe team to align with market trends and customer preferences.
- Implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and service standards.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure quality ingredients and negotiate favorable terms.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all F&B outlets, kitchens, and equipment.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
