**Responsibilities**:
**Packing, Labelling, and Boxing**:

- Skillfully pack, label, and box coffee beans with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensure all packaging is in compliance with company standards and customer expectations.

**Order Accuracy**:

- Thoroughly inspect and verify the contents of each order to guarantee accuracy.
- Pack orders efficiently and completely, meeting high-quality standards.

**Stock Organization**:

- Maintain a well-organized stock area, following the first in, first out (FIFO) principle.
- Regularly check and rotate stock to minimize waste and ensure freshness.

**Inventory Management**:

- Manage daily and weekly inventory checks to monitor stock levels.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to forecast demand and ensure sufficient stock availability to meet customer requirements.

**Supply Management**:

- Monitor and replenish packing materials such as boxes, tapes, bags, stickers, and other necessary items.
- Place orders for packing materials in a timely manner to prevent shortages.

**Display Maintenance**:

- Arrange and display packed coffee beans in the cafe area in an organized and visually appealing manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in packing or a related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong communication skills and desire to work with other team members.

Employment Type: Full-time

**Salary**: AED3,250.00 per month
