We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Beauty Advisor specializing in makeup, skincare, and fragrances, you will be responsible for providing personalized product recommendations, demonstrating expert product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your role is crucial in enhancing our customers' shopping experience, helping them discover the right products for their beauty needs, and driving sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Consultation**: Engage with customers to understand their skincare, makeup, and fragrance needs. Provide tailored advice on products and routines that best suit their individual preferences and concerns.
- **Product Demonstration**: Showcase makeup, skincare products, and fragrances, offering practical tips, tutorials, and personalized recommendations to enhance customers' beauty routines.
- **Sales & Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively promoting new products, seasonal promotions, and exclusive offers. Upsell complementary items based on customer needs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, product innovations, and industry standards. Maintain in-depth knowledge of all makeup, skincare, and fragrance offerings, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Ensure that beauty displays are neat, organized, and fully stocked. Help create visually appealing product displays that attract and engage customers.
- **Promotions & Events**: Assist with in-store events, promotions, and product launches. Offer expert advice during special events, helping to drive traffic and increase sales.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels of beauty products and communicate with management to ensure inventory is adequately replenished.
