NON- ARAB. Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, cost analysis, and profit margins. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret financial and operational data to make informed decisions. Inventory Management: Expertise in managing inventory efficiently, including forecasting, ordering, and reducing waste. Negotiation Skills: Effective negotiation skills for securing favorable terms with suppliers and vendors. Menu Engineering: Knowledge of menu engineering principles to optimize menu profitability through pricing and cost analysis. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, suppliers, and management. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify cost control challenges and develop practical solutions to address them. Attention to Detail: Being meticulous in tracking expenses and identifying discrepancies in financial records. Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software and tools for financial analysis, inventory management, and reporting. Project Management: Capability to plan and execute cost control initiatives and track their progress. Team Leadership: If in a management role, the ability to lead and train staff in cost control best practices. Knowledge of Food and Beverage Industry: Understanding of industry trends, products, and market dynamics to make informed decisions.
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
