Job description
We are currently recruiting for an executive assistant or HR coordinator. The ideal applicant would be a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. This worker should have previous expertise working in an office setting, executing administrative tasks, and assisting administrators. Given the ever-changing nature of the executive landscape, we rely on executive assistants to be adaptable and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations, as well as an HR coordinator who is in charge of coordinating all administrative activities involving an organization's personnel. His /Her responsibilities include creating recruitment tactics, designing systems for controlling employee benefits and behavior, and onboarding new employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting.
- Fostering a safe working environment.
- Managing employee relationships.
- Managing compensation and benefit packages.
- Handling disciplinary issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Overseeing training programs.
- Manage the managing director's calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Prepare and edit letters, presentations, and reports on behalf of the managing directors.
- Help with the preparation of meeting materials, agendas, and presentations.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and use care when handling confidential situations.
- Conduct research and prepare data as needed to assist the managing directors with decision-making and strategic planning.
- Assist with specific projects and activities as allocated by the managing directors.
- Skills and Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- A bachelor's degree is preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
