Job Title: Foreman - Steel Structure

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Project Planning and Coordination:

- Plan and coordinate steel structure construction projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and material procurement.
- Review project specifications and drawings to ensure compliance with engineering standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project timelines and milestones.

2. Team Supervision and Leadership:

- Lead and supervise construction crews, including steel fabricators, welders, riggers, and other tradespeople.
- Provide guidance and direction to ensure work is performed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
- Train and mentor team members on proper construction techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.

3. Quality Assurance and Control:

- Conduct regular inspections of work sites and steel structures to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to address quality issues and maintain project integrity.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

4. Resource Management:

- Manage equipment and materials efficiently to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure steel materials and other construction supplies as required.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee maintenance of tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.

5. Communication and Reporting:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between project stakeholders, subcontractors, and the construction team.
- Provide regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders, highlighting milestones, challenges, and solutions.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by team members or clients in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Foreman or Supervisor in steel structure construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of steel fabrication and erection techniques, including welding, cutting, and assembly processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Thorough understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Certification or training in relevant areas such as OSHA safety standards, welding procedures, or project management is a plus.

**Salary**: AED1,800.00 - AED3,400.00 per month
