- Minimum 5 years UAE experience in Road & Infrastructure

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Preparation of shop drawing as required (both during tender and project execution) - Must be knowledgeable of AutoCAD and Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT & MS Project - Pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying (comparison of drawing quantity and BOQ quantity)
- Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
- Preparation of project documents (ex. Method of Statement & Weekly Report)
- Cost control and preparation of Material List
- Assessing and preparing construction cost estimates within scope, budget and schedule and review drawings for completeness and accuracy
- Assisting and technical support to Project Manager in project requirements
- Must be teachable and willing to understand the technical needs of the project
- Follows up revisions and/or modifications in quantity and specifications from Customers
- May process requests and distribute construction tender documents
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Dealing with suppliers, sub contractor & clients for project requirements in a professional manner
