**Spare Parts Sales Executive**:
Managing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, providing accurate parts recommendations, and achieving sales targets
**Key Tasks**:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the heavy machinery industry.
- Handle inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up on sales leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure the availability of high-demand spare parts.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure quick fulfillment of customer orders.
- Work with suppliers and logistics to source hard-to-find or out-of-stock items as needed.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and customer feedback to management
- Ensure customers are supported with post-sale services, such as part installation assistance or troubleshooting.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
**Qualifications;**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in spare parts sales, Must in heavy machinery or construction equipment
- Strong understanding of earthmoving machinery and related spare parts
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license for field visits as required
