Mechanical and Plumbing Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate mechanical and plumbing activities on-site, ensuring timely and efficient project execution.
- Review project plans and specifications to understand scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage and mentor a team of technicians and tradespeople, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including reports, progress updates, and material usage.
- Ensure proper inventory management of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Implement best practices for health and safety on-site.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical and Plumbing Supervisor, preferably in construction and fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems, installation methods, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., plumbing, HVAC) are a plus.
