Job Description: Sales Associate (Perfume & Watches)

**Salary**: AED 1200 per month + Commission

About Us:
Al Ramz supermarket is a leading hypermarket, We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Associates for one of the perfumes and watches counter in the hypermarket, join our growing team and contribute to our success.

Job Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers in selecting perfumes that suit their preferences.
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of our products and provide recommendations.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and product displays.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and tracking.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of perfumes or willingness to learn.
