**Position: MEP Draftsman**

**Location**: Ajman, UAE

**Industry**: Interior Fit-out and Maintenance

Experience: 2+ years

Availability: Preferred Ready to Join / Immediate joiners

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (knowledge of other relevant softwares).
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant mechanical design tools.
- Experience in Auto CAD drafting for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire protection and LPG systems is a must
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the GCC region.
- Familiar with international and local authority standards.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire protection systems.
- Experience with UAE authority approvals (DEWA, DM, DDA, DCD, etc.) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drafting of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire protection systems.
- Prepare accurate detailed drawings and layouts as per standards and requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with project specifications, authority regulations, industry standards and codes.
- Coordinate with engineers, project teams, and other discipline to ensure designs meet technical requirements.
- Maintain and update drawing records, documentation and backups for future reference.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- MEP DRAFTING: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English, Hindi, Malayalam (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving License (preferred)
