Kitchen Supervisor

We are a Catering Company based in Abu Dhabi and we are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor for our operation based in **Remote Area of Ruwais - Abu Dhabi.**

The following are the job responsibilities:

- to coordinate all kitchen activities and oversee the work of the culinary staff.
- responsible for maintaining kitchen standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, ordering supplies, and training new employees.
- to deal with any kitchen-related customer complaints or queries.
- Primary responsibility of a kitchen supervisor is to ensure the safety of the food that comes out of the kitchen. by monitoring the preparation and cooking process to adhere to health and safety standards.
- you will be expected to manage the kitchen staff including assigning tasks and training new hires to conflict resolution and performance evaluation.
- Proper inventory management is a crucial part of the role to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
