**Prepare and submit ERP reports related to stock aging and backlog reports**
- Creating Invoices with ERP Purchase quality products and materials according to the organization's needs and requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing and terms
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure that all supplier performance metrics are met
- Provide logistics support and coordination for the timely delivery of goods

Set up an efficient system for storekeeping.
- To receive the materials supplied by the vendor as per the purchase order placed by the Purchase Department.
- Responsible for the maintenance of maximum and minimum stocks, the operation of an accounting system, the maintenance of inventory records, the preparation of material orders, and the receiving,
- To pass the bills of the materials received from vendor and send it to Accounts department for payment.
- Monitor the inventory of supplies stored in the warehouse.

**LPO and Invoice Documents Matching before booking**
- To issue materials to departments as per the schedule.
- To maintain all the documents up to data.
- Generate reports and submit to concerted authorities.
- To carry out periodical condemnation board for the unserviceable materials.
- To take action for disposal of scraps materials as per the procedure.
- To attend audit by the auditors.

Driving license compulsory.

Inventory handling experience + procurement compulsory

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
