A reputable and well-established **Agritech** company is actively recruiting an **Operations Manager** for their team in **Abu Dhabi**.**

**The main responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Lead and manage all aspects of operations.
- Monitor and maintain operational oversight of Staff and the business output.
- Implement strict directives to meet industry standards and customers’ expectations.
- Monitor and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures.
- Conduct methodical efforts across training, monitoring & output.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with local authorities, suppliers, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
- Stay updated on the industry trends and innovations.

**To be successful you will need to meet the following**:

- **Minimum 10 years’ experience in operations management within the Agricultural sector.**:

- **Must have leadership experience with a minimum of 5 direct reports in their current or past role.**:

- **Must have experience with the MEA Market.**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.**:
