**Job Overview**:
The Outdoor Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling products or services in designated territories or markets. This role involves direct interaction with customers, prospecting for new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and maintaining strong connections with existing clients. The position is field-based, requiring travel to meet clients, attend events, and execute in-person sales activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition & Retention**:

- Identify and generate new business leads in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Meet with potential clients to present products or services, and convert leads into sales.
- Conduct follow-up calls or visits to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- **Sales Targets & Reporting**:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Regularly update sales activities, forecasts, and outcomes in CRM systems or sales reports.
- Track customer feedback and provide insights to the sales team or management to improve sales strategies.
- **Product Knowledge & Presentation**:

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products or services and their features.
- Present and demonstrate products to prospective clients, highlighting benefits and usage.
- Provide customers with accurate pricing information and quotes.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:

- Stay informed on market trends, competitors’ offerings, and industry best practices.
- Use gathered information to adjust sales strategies and target key market segments effectively.
- **Negotiation & Closing Sales**:

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients.
- Address client objections and concerns effectively to close sales.
- Prepare contracts, purchase orders, and other documentation to finalize transactions.
- **Customer Service & Support**:

- Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Work with internal teams (e.g., logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Provide post-sales support and manage customer inquiries, returns, or product concerns.
- **Networking & Relationship Building**:

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand and generate new business.
- Develop partnerships with relevant stakeholders in the industry to maximize sales opportunities.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Complete all required administrative tasks such as expense reports, meeting notes, and sales activity logs.
- Maintain an updated client database for tracking leads, communications, and sales progression.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven track record in sales, preferably in an outdoor sales or field sales role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and network with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Problem-solving abilities and resilience in handling objections.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Comfortable working independently in outdoor settings.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for client meetings.

**Physical Demands**:

- Frequent walking and travel are required for client visits.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions for outdoor activities.

**Compensation**:

- Base Salary: Minimum 5000 aed
- Commission/Bonus: TBD
- Benefits: Yearly Air Ticket Allowance, insurance
