We are seeking a HEAD NURSE to join our dynamic team.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To be responsible for the organization and management of nursing duties and day to day operational tasks.

2. To support staff, patients and their families.

3. Responsible for staff allocation to ensure adequate staffing and skill mix.

4. Ensure fair distribution of workload between staff.

5. Responsible for identification of equipment requirements and monitoring of supplies at all times.

6.. To take charge of the clinical area; coordinating the care given by all members of nursing staff.

7. Responsible for ensuring that patient needs are assessed, planned, implemented, and evaluated, and that there is consultation and involvement of the multidisciplinary team and, where appropriate, the patient and their family.

Qualifications: DHA/MOH/DOH License;
Completion of Nursing Qualification from an Accredited Institution; BLS CERTIFICATE; ACLS CERTIFICATE.

Strong communication skills in written and spoken English

Experience Required:

- Proven Experience working as a Head Nurse - Dermatology/PLASTIC SURGERY Department.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 07/03/2025
