**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage 3D architectural models using **Revit** and other BIM tools for all phases of design and construction.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the BIM model reflects design intent and project requirements.
- Coordinate and integrate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other discipline models.
- Create detailed construction drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
- Ensure compliance with BEP requirements, company standards and client BIM standards.
- Update and maintain model data, including design changes and revisions, throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and resolve clashes or discrepancies between models.
- Assist in preparing project deliverables, including architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations.
- Provide support for quality control and ensure the integrity of the model at all stages of development.
- Collaborate with project teams to optimize workflows and enhance model efficiency.

Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month

- Knowledge of clash detection, model auditing, and other BIM coordination tools.
- Proficiency in Revit and other BIM software (Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo etc.).

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
