Hair Dressing Trainer

Millia Cosmetics Group based in Sharjah is looking for an Hair Dressing Trainer.

Female only.

Fresher or Experienced.

Willing to relocate or work in Sharjah.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop the training plan and material for training the trainers.

2. Visit and create partnerships with professional outlets in order to send teachers for practicing periods in a real professional and educational environment

3. Adapt to the local context the methodologies and techniques to they are perfectly understood.

4. Develop ways to increase customers and practical opportunities.

5. Provide motivational or soft skill education, basic counselling, mentoring to the students where appropriate to encourage vision, hope, coping or resilience with their problems in life and motivated good discipline.

6. Must be able to upskill product, processes and technical skills

7. To manage the training budget effectively.

8. Excellent knowledge of products, techniques & technologies

9. Can visit the saloons and achieve the target of promotions

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
Proven experience as a hair stylist trainer or relevant role

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Should have a valid UAE driving license
