**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote our off-roading vehicles and services to potential customers.
2. Identify target markets and customer segments, conduct market research, and analyze competitor activity to identify sales opportunities.
3. Generate leads, build a strong pipeline, and convert prospects into customers through effective sales techniques and relationship-building.
4. Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our off-roading vehicles.
5. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media promotions, and events.
7. Utilize various channels, such as online platforms, trade shows, and industry events, to increase brand visibility and attract potential customers.
8. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealerships, and business partners to enhance sales opportunities and customer loyalty.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new off-roading vehicle models, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
10. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive within the automotive industry, preferably with off-roading vehicles, for a minimum of 3-5 years.
3. Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written), with strong communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
4. In-depth knowledge of the off-roading vehicle market, customer preferences, and sales techniques.
5. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
6. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
7. Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media platforms, online advertising, and lead generation techniques.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret sales data and market trends.
9. Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented, with a passion for the automotive industry.
10. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
