We at **LEO International HR Consultancy** are seeking a gypsum carpenter for our Construction client in UAE. A gypsum carpenter in construction is responsible for the installation, repair, and finishing of gypsum board, also known as drywall or plasterboard, within residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and proficiency in working with gypsum materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gypsum Board Installation: Install gypsum boards to walls, ceilings, and other structures according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications provided by project managers or supervisors.
- Measurement and Cutting: Measure and cut gypsum boards to fit specific dimensions using appropriate tools such as utility knives, saws, and tape measures.
- Framing and Mounting: Construct framework or studs to support gypsum boards, ensuring proper alignment and spacing. Mount boards securely to framing using screws, nails, or adhesive.
- Texturing and Decoration: Create texture patterns or decorative finishes on gypsum board surfaces using specialized tools or techniques, as per project requirements.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries on the job site. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other construction team members, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and painters, to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications. Make adjustments or corrections as needed to achieve desired results.
- Cleanup and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, disposing of waste materials properly. Clean and maintain tools and equipment to prolong their lifespan and ensure optimal performance.

Experience: 8 Years

**Salary**:3500-4500 UAE, Accommodation + transport + visa +Medical

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
