**About the Role**:
We are hiring **experienced Pizzaiolos** who have a strong background in artisanal pizza making — including dough preparation, fermentation, and baking in traditional stone ovens.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a **state-of-the-art kitchen** alongside a dynamic and talented team, in what is widely considered one of the **most beautiful pizza kitchens in the UAE**.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years of hands-on pizza-making experience** in a traditional or artisanal pizzeria (not fast food).
- Must have worked with **traditional pizza ovens** and freshly prepared dough.
- Knowledge of **high-hydration doughs (75%+), fermentation techniques**, and a variety of pizza styles is a strong advantage.
- Familiar with kitchen hygiene standards and **HACCP training**.
- Must be currently based in the **UAE** and **available for an in-person trial**.
- Able to **join immediately**.
