**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the preparation and production of various pastries, desserts, and baked goods in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
- Work closely with the Pastry Chef and other team members to execute daily production tasks efficiently.
- Prepare ingredients, measure and weigh components accurately, and assemble pastry items as instructed.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and pastry tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times to ensure a clean and hygienic working environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and tracking usage.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate production schedules and fulfill catering orders efficiently.
- Stay updated on current food trends, techniques, and pastry innovations to enhance menu offerings.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience working in a pastry kitchen, preferably in a catering or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of French pastry techniques and other pastry styles.
- Strong passion for pastry arts and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality pastry products.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Culinary degree or relevant pastry certification is a plus.
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
