J&D Gulf Contracting is looking for a _**Project Coordinator**_ to develop and coordinate project schedules, monitor project progress, and ensure that projects are completed according to schedule and specifications.

**What You Would Do**:

- Project Planning and Scheduling.
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and schedules
- Monitor project progress and track milestones to ensure adherence to established schedules
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and any potential issues to clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the resource allocation team to ensure the availability of necessary materials, equipment, and manpower for each project.
- Participate in quality control during manufacturing and on the jobsite
- Report on budget variances and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Generate regular reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on project sites.
- Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in civil, interior design or similar field.
- 2 plus yrs of experience in project coordination within the interior fit out or architecture industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
