**Job Title**: Cooking School Trainer - Emirati Program

**Location**: Umm Al Quwuain, UAE

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cuisine Trainer to educate in the preparation of traditional Emirati and Arabic dishes. The role involves hands-on training, development of cooking techniques, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Conduct practical training sessions on Emirati and Arabic cuisine, including traditional dishes and modern variations.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that covers food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
- Oversee trainees during cooking sessions, providing feedback, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Stay updated on current culinary trends, particularly in Arabic cuisine, and incorporate them into training sessions
- Ensure proper use of kitchen tools and equipment and maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Evaluate the progress of trainees and provide guidance to help them improve their skills.
- Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve training materials and methods.

**Required Experience**:

- Previous experience in training or teaching is an advantage.

**Required Education & Qualification**:

- Culinary degree or certification is preferred
- UAE National with Family Book

**Skills Required**:

- In-depth knowledge of traditional and modern Arabic cuisine.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills to engage and guide trainees.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and food safety.

**Any Additional Requirements**:

- Applicants must be open to work in other emirate
- Strong communication skills both Arabic and English
- Creative problem-solving skills to assist trainees in mastering complex techniques.
