**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients and internal team members to understand project goals and requirements.
- Generate creative and functional design concepts and Photorealistic render presenting ideas effectively to clients.
- Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections tailored to client needs.
- Prepare and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for various projects, including accurate cost estimations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to gather precise project details and oversee quality control.
- Possess experience and confidence in managing walk-in clients and conducting on-site discussions, ensuring precise collection of all project details.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of proven experience in interior design within the UAE.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in BOQ creation, estimation, and technical drawing.
