**Job Description** Summary**

AECOM is looking for a BIM Lead - Architecture for their Dubai office with capabilities in an architectural design team, creating, developing and finalizing production work on projects with mínimal direction and supervision of a Senior Architect or designated senior team member.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Leads, plans and develops the discipline BIM execution including Model and Drawing production in accordance with BIM Execution Plan and BIM standards compliance, project specifications and established practices.
- BIM Model and Drawing co-ordination within Architecture and across Disciplines.
- Identifies incremental improvements to existing procedures or processes that increase efficiency or work quality.
- Performs a self-check of work products prior to submitting to others.
- Performs technical quality reviews including documentation in project record in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Participates in client meetings to discuss project requirements, explain / defend work, etc.
- May manage more junior staff members coordinating activities of a small team.
- Maintaining liaison with design groups.
- Under some supervision, may complete assignments to high complexity.

**Qualifications** Qualifications**
- Minimum 10 years post-undergraduate experience
- Diploma in Architectural Technology or Bachelor of Architecture 3 Years duration
