**Functional Title**: Floor Manager and Apparel Stylist

**Job Purpose**:
As a key team member, you will deliver an unparalleled apparel experience on the sales floor, ensuring customer satisfaction through expert styling advice and personalized service. Your role will involve enhancing the shopping experience, meeting sales targets, and driving team collaboration.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**Styling and Customer Experience**:

- Continuously enhance the apparel floor service experience by staying updated with the latest trends and products.
- Possess thorough knowledge of all product offerings and design labels available on the floor.
- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate ensembles based on their personality, occasion, and season.
- Collaborate with the Regional Visual Merchandising (VM) and Styling Lead to improve floor VM and styling, refreshing displays weekly.
- Address styling queries via WhatsApp and assist in creating an image and video repository to respond to daily customer inquiries.
- Drive the Cerise Loyalty Program on the floor, ensuring active engagement with customers alongside the team.

**Business Responsibility**:

- Take ownership of category and overall sales targets for the location.
- Provide qualitative feedback on product gaps and potential loss of sales to the Floor Manager.
- Manage sourcing requests for media and celebrity shoots, analyze the impact of these campaigns, and share insights with the team.

**Floor Operations & Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales associates to maintain high standards of hygiene and customer experience on the floor.
- Exhibit teamwork by taking on additional responsibilities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Foster good relationships with the backend business and marketing teams to facilitate smooth operations and communication.
