An Appointment Setter is a vital member of our sales team, responsible for generating quality leads and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. This role involves outbound calling to potential clients, qualifying leads, and building relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting**: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including databases, online directories, and social media.
- **Outbound Calling**: Make cold calls to prospective clients, introducing our company and products or services.
- **Lead Qualification**: Assess potential clients' needs and interests to determine if they are a good fit for our offerings.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate appointments between potential clients and sales representatives, ensuring optimal timing and availability.
- **Data Entry**: Maintain accurate records of all calls, contacts, and appointments in our CRM system.
- **Follow-Up**: Follow up with leads to address any questions or concerns and maintain interest.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to build rapport
- Persuasive and results-oriented
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required

Pay: From AED19,995.00 per month
