We are representing a fast-growing international fintech and crypto company seeking an experienced Marketing Team Lead to drive digital strategy, optimize performance marketing, and scale global campaigns. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with expertise in SEO, ASO, performance marketing, and retention strategies in fintech and crypto markets.

**Location**: Global (GMT +4 ±1 hour preferred, ideally Dubai)
**Industry**: Fintech | Crypto | B2B Marketing

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across performance, retention, and partnership channels.
- Oversee SEO, ASO, content marketing, and campaign optimization for Web & Mobile.
- Lead market research to identify new trends, advertising solutions, and growth opportunities.
- Manage and optimize digital campaigns across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Amplitude, and other tools to build end-to-end analytics and data visualization dashboards.
- Plan and control marketing budgets, ensuring ROI-driven decision-making.
- Provide strategic direction for SEO and ASO to enhance organic growth.
- Drive content marketing initiatives to boost engagement and visibility.
- Write technical specifications for IT and development teams for marketing-related modifications.
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to prioritize marketing projects.
- Optimize ad creatives, ad copy, and campaign strategies based on performance data.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar digital marketing leadership role.
- Strong expertise in SEO, ASO, and performance marketing for Web & Mobile.
- Experience launching and scaling social campaigns and content marketing.
- Knowledge of niche ad systems such as Crypto Ad Networks, Teaser Networks, Baidu Ads, Naver Ads is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, with knowledge of Amplitude as a plus.
- Background in B2B marketing, fintech, and crypto is essential.
- Excellent English (C1+) and Russian communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work within GMT +4 ±1 hour time zone (Dubai preferred).
