**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations in the production department, ensuring projects meet quality and deadline requirements.
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflow to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor and manage production budgets, costs, and resources.
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly, minimizing downtime and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and support the development of production team members.
- Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe workplace for all employees.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the steel fabrication industry
- Proven experience in steel fabrication or metalworking
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing production teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes, health and safety standards, and production optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in production management software and tools.
